Calls & Accounts
How do I log a call?
There are currently three ways to log a call.
Go to the Pipeline page. Select "Call Now" on the line of the account you would like to dial.
Go to the All Accounts page. Select "Call Now" on the line of the account you would like to dial.
From either of the previous two pages, select "View Details". Then on the Account Details page, select "Log A Call" in the upper right hand corner.
How do I schedule a follow up?
When logging a call there is an option to add a follow-up date when Did Not Leave Voicemail, Left Voicemail, or Connected with Follow Up are selected as the outcome of a call.
What happens when I complete a follow up task?
In order to complete a follow up task, you must log the activity from the Pipeline page where the account is showing. Once the activity is logged, that task is marked as complete on the backend and moved to the Completed section of the Pipeline page. New tasks for that account will be created depending on the outcome of the call.
Why is an account assigned to me?
An account can be assigned to you either because you created a task for yourself based on a call log, or because someone in leadership assigned it to you. When an account is assigned to you, you want to take care of it as quickly as possible.
When does an account become unassigned again?
An account becomes unassigned once all tasks for that account are completed.
What is Suggested Next Call?
Suggested Next Call is generated based on the activity associated with that account. Every account is evaluated and scored based on connectivity, revenue, deals, and last contact. Then the account with the highest score is recommended to you.
The current downside to this suggested call is that it does not change per person. I believe at the moment it recommends the same person to everyone in the branch until activity is made on it. This is on my list of adjustments to make.
Rewards & Badges
How do badges work?
Badges are earned as you earn points. There are a variety of badges available with more to come out. They can be earned on both an individual level and a branch level. Check out the Badge Hall to see what's available.
What's the difference between Branch Rewards and Associate Rewards?
Branch Rewards are rewards that every associate at the branch gets to enjoy regardless of how many points they themselves hold.
Associate Rewards are rewards that associates can redeem on an individual level as they earn points.
